Because of our driver and guide, Jesús, out trip to learn about the people and culture was very successful. It was important to me to be around the people of Cuba. Everything thing that was planned for the trip was exciting: food, food, food any samples of their food. The visit to the model organic farm was at the top of my list. The owner was very engaging. Jesús translating, made the experience very personal. Again, the owner was so warm and patient on all of our questions and very inviting to her farm. Food lunch, was wonderful. No problem with this trip.
Jesús allowed us to interact with everyone, he was by our side, as we always felt safe, but the Cuban people were very friendly. We are recommending to everyone we know to take this tour and have our driver (he was great) always had the bus ready for us to board. Jesús – he is your golden ticket. He was the best at everything. I believe he was the reason for a wonderful trip. He was very professional and still became a “working” and trusted friend.

I enjoyed my visit to Cuba and want to go again. The people were very friendly and I was surprised that the locals knew a little English – better English than my Spanish. I just enjoyed whole tour, especially our guide Jesús. He was wonderful and had so much information to share with us. I knew that there would be poverty but i just did not realize the extent. We did not have any problems during our stay in Cuba.

I loved how warm Cubans are toward visitors. I loved how visual artists and musicians are considered to be as worthy as doctors and appreciated every time we got to experience the arts. Las Terrazas was amazing. We all wished we could have stayed for one night there and explored the village further.

Cuba was interesting and different than expected. Our guide was amazing. She did a great job of explaining many different nuances of Havana and Cuba in general.

Beautiful country, warm and open people that treat tourists like family. Las Terrazas was a huge highlights. I would have like to stay one night at their hotel. Amazing! Our Las Terraza guide, Annia, was one of my wonderful. Geldrys Vilches our full time guide was astonishing. She was so informed, flexible and a great translator. She is a huge asset to your company. Our driver, Fuben, was also quite good.

Cubans are a diverse group of individuals who ancestors are from all over the world. The culture also mimics that of its people. Diverse rich and beautiful. I loved learning about Cuban history, religions, interacting with the people, dancing to the music, eating the food, and landscape ad general energy of the island. Learning the history and interacting with Cubans through art and music was my favorite parts. I can not think of any improvements at the moment.

The Cuban people and culture was beautiful. So much history lives in Cuba I would love to go back to learn more! My guide Mandi was amazing! He was extremely thorough and so informative on all things Cuba. My group was awesome as well. This made the experience of visiting Cuba very memorable.

Cuba was a vibrant and interesting country. The people were lovely and friendly wherever we went. Even though there is clearly a lot of hardship for many people in Cuba, there is still an air of lightheartedness on the streets, and people seem to make the best of their situation. One of the things we loved most was the music that we heard everywhere!
Our tour guide, Alejandro, was excellent. He cheerfully answered our endless questions, and was incredibly knowledgeable about Cuba’s history and culture. We also loved our session with the sociology professor and our visit to the organic farm. The food was almost always delicious, if too abundant. Many times, we were not able to finish our meals as both lunch and dinner were several courses each. The best meals were the ones served family style, so we could serve ourselves and not feel terrible that we were wasting food.

I found Cuba to be a very interesting country and learned so much about the people, culture and customs. I found the people to be very educated and was surprised at how well many of them spoke English. Fascinating tours, wonderful guides and fantastic bus driver! I really enjoyed the show at the Buena Vista Social Club. I would suggest going to the market near Habana Vieja early on in the tour so guests can go back when they have a free night.
I was very impressed with how well all our guides spoke English. It seems that everyone we encountered was very well spoken and knowledgable. It was such an interesting trip and I learned so much about the people, history and culture.

My family and I were very impressed with Cuba and its people. There seems to be a high value on education and community and there seems to be a great deal of pride in the culture. Everyone seemed very fun and friendly and having a tour guide like Rosie was extremely valuable as she was able to explain certain aspects and thoroughly answer our questions.
The itinerary was great, but it left us wanting more. Our tour guide Rosie was very accommodating and when someone from the group wanted to venture out to see something that was not programmed, she modified the agenda as everyone in the group wanted to do the same thing. During our free time, Rosie was very helpful in making recommendations and she even went out of her way to make dinner reservations for several of us in the group.Rosie’s knowledge of Cuban history was most enjoyable as she was able to go through several different historical periods in Cuba’s past. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Beautiful country, warm, friendly people. Our guide Laura was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of Cuban life. Wilde, our bus driver, got us to where we were going. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. No problems at all.

I just loved the visit. The people were all very nice and knowledgeable. The culture experience is unique and that’s what I loved about it. For the most part, had great food and great experienced. Our tour guide Alejandro was fabulous. He knew interesting facts about everything we did. I also liked the fact that Cuba is untouched by western influences and shows the good and the bad. The food for the most part was very good.

A very interesting country with good art, nice people and beautiful nature. Loved the lack of advertising and pretenses. The Cuban practice of free healthcare and free education for all is impressive. Overall cleanliness of air and weather in the city and beyond was great. And of course, their beautiful music!
